Nanhua Futures Proposes H-Share Buyback Program with a Cap of HK$130 Million

In an announcement, Nanhua Futures Co.,Ltd. (SHSE: 603093) stated it intends to establish a share repurchase plan for its H-shares with a total value not exceeding HK$130 million.

The company stated the move is aimed at safeguarding the overall best interests of its shareholders and bolstering investor confidence.

This proposed share buyback initiative will only become effective following the approval by the shareholders' meeting of the "Proposal on the General Mandate for Repurchasing H Shares."

The number of H-shares to be repurchased will not exceed 10% of the total number of issued H-shares of the company on the date the said proposal is approved by the shareholders' meeting, excluding any H-share treasury stock, where applicable.
