Tenfu to Shift Hong Kong Share Registration to Union Registrars on 16 June 2026

Tenfu (Cayman) Holdings Company Limited announced that its Hong Kong Branch Share Registrar and Transfer Office will change to Union Registrars Limited with effect from 16 June 2026.

The new registrar’s office is located at Suites 3301-04, 33/F, Two Chinachem Exchange Square, 338 King’s Road, North Point, Hong Kong. Contact details are telephone (852) 2849 3399 and fax (852) 2849 3319.

From 16 June 2026 onward, all applications for the registration of share transfers must be lodged with Union Registrars Limited. Share certificates that remain uncollected on 15 June 2026 can be retrieved from the new registrar starting 16 June 2026.

The board currently comprises five executive directors (Lee Rie-Ho, Lee Chia Ling, Lee Kuo-Lin, Dr. Fan Ren Da, Anthony, and Zhang Honghai), one non-executive director (Tseng Ming-Sung), and three independent non-executive directors (Lo Wah Wai, Lee Kwan Hung, Eddie, and Dr. Huang Wei).

The announcement was issued in Hong Kong on 15 May 2026 and is attributed to director Lee Chia Ling on behalf of the board.
