S-Enjoy Service: June 2026 Share Count Unchanged; Public Float Meets HKEX Threshold

S-Enjoy Service Group Co., Limited (the “Company”) filed its Monthly Return with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 06 July 2026, covering the month ended 30 June 2026.

The filing shows that the Company’s authorised share capital stayed at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.01 each, equivalent to total authorised capital of USD 100.00 million.

Issued share capital was likewise stable: 871.33 million ordinary shares were in issue at both the beginning and end of June 2026, with no treasury shares outstanding and no allotments, cancellations or conversions recorded during the period.

The Company confirmed that it continued to satisfy the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% of total issued shares.

No share options, warrants, convertible securities or other equity instruments were granted, exercised, cancelled, or lapsed in June 2026.

All regulatory confirmations required under Main Board Rule 13.25C were provided, and the return was signed by Joint Company Secretary Mr Chen Peng.
