JINSHANG BANK (02558) announced the following appointments, effective March 27, 2026. Mr. Ou Qixian has been appointed as a Co-Company Secretary of the bank, an Authorized Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules, and an Authorized Representative in Hong Kong to accept legal documents or notices under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of Hong Kong Law). Separately, Mr. Wang Qi, an Executive Director and Vice President of the bank, has been appointed as Board Secretary and Co-Company Secretary, also effective March 27, 2026. Mr. Wang's qualification as Board Secretary is subject to approval from the Shanxi Supervision Bureau of the National Financial Regulatory Administration, and his term will commence from the date of such approval. Mr. Huang Weichao has resigned from his positions as Company Secretary, Authorized Representative, and Legal Process Agent of the bank, effective March 27, 2026.
