圣马丁国际（00482）3月27日晚间发布盈利警告称，经管理层对未经审核综合管理账目初步评估，公司预计截至2025年12月31日止年度将录得不少于1.27亿港元的综合净亏损，较2024财年约5,853.6万港元的净亏损同比扩大约117%。
公司指出，亏损同比增加主要受到三项因素影响： 1) 期间收入减少； 2) 金融资产的预期信贷亏损拨备增加； 3) 投资物业公平值增幅减少。
圣马丁国际表示，相关数据尚未通过审计委员会审阅，最终经审核的年度业绩可能与本次预告存在差异，公司计划于2026年3月31日公布完整业绩。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时保持审慎。
