NOVAUTEK (00519) Announces Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Cushman & Wakefield Vanke Service

Novautek Technologies Group Limited (NOVAUTEK, 00519) announced that on 5 March 2026, its subsidiary Shanghai Sanran Industrial Co., Ltd. entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with the Wuxi Branch of Shenzhen Vanke Commercial Enterprise Property Service Company Limited (also known as Cushman & Wakefield Vanke Service). According to the announcement, the parties aim to jointly apply and advance comprehensive Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions in smart property scenarios.

The signed agreement focuses on leveraging NOVAUTEK’s expertise in AI robots and robots-as-a-service within technology parks, commercial complexes, and other management projects under Cushman & Wakefield Vanke Service. The cooperation is planned in three phases: pilot validation at designated property projects in Wuxi, followed by partial expansion to additional local projects, and eventually a strategic upgrade to explore nationwide and global applications across the Cushman & Wakefield Vanke Service network.

Cushman & Wakefield Vanke Service and its group companies provide property services and facilities management across mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and overseas regions, encompassing office buildings, commercial complexes, industrial parks, logistics parks, and schools. The company currently provides services to more than 2,000 projects across over 200 cities, presenting diverse scenarios for AI-based property management solutions.
