海尔智家(06690)于2026年9月2日发布公告称，公司当日根据股权激励计划回购A股股份，数量为870,000股，约占本次回购前公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股）总数的0.0142%。
本次回购的价格区间为每股人民币21.27元至21.40元，平均购回价格为人民币21.35元，总耗资约人民币1,857.16万元。回购完成后，截至2026年9月2日，公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股）数量为6,124,682,636股，库藏股总数增至53,804,289股；公司已发行股份总数则维持在6,178,486,925股。
公司同时确认，前述回购事宜已获得董事会正式授权，并遵守了上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由公司秘书伍志贤签署。
