本季度信息
辽宁港口股份有限公司公布的2025年第三季度报告显示，报告期内实现营业收入约27.34亿元（人民币，下同），同比增长6.11%。经调整净利润（扣除非经常性损益后）为3.38亿元，同比上升0.94%。同期，公司经营活动产生的现金流量净额约14.79亿元，同比增长27.16%。
从成本结构看，销售费用在年初至报告期末累计同比大幅下降77.49%，主要原因是本期业务推广活动减少。此外，研发投入在年初至报告期末累计达到约1368万元，同比下降约14.6%。
业务分项
根据财报透露的码头及物流运营数据，第三季度公司集装箱吞吐量同比增长6.2%，主要受更多航线投放运力以及开展港内调拨增量业务等因素带动；油化品吞吐量同比增加12.0%，主要由贸易油、期货油仓储及进口原油转运等业务增长所致。公司散杂货同比微增1.8%，其中粮食吞吐量延续了增长态势；商品车吞吐量同比上升2.3%，得益于出口航线的拓展及内贸水水中转业务增长。与此同时，客运滚装运输受运力调整影响，第三季度滚装车运输量下滑，而客运量则同比上涨2.5%。
