Tower Real Estate Investment Trust reported unaudited results for the quarter ended Mar, 31 2026, posting revenue of 10.69 million Singapore dollars, up 17.5 % from the same period a year earlier. Net trust income jumped 78.3 % year-on-year to 3.42 million Singapore dollars, while basic earnings stood at 0.70 subunits per unit.

For the nine-month period to Mar, 31 2026, revenue reached 31.56 million Singapore dollars, 8.1 % higher than the prior-year period, and net trust income rose 39.7 % to 8.72 million Singapore dollars. The improved performance was attributed to higher occupancy and rental rates at Menara HLX and Plaza Zurich, coupled with lower interest expenses. Property operating costs increased 5.1 % during the quarter.

Net asset value climbed to 576.23 million Singapore dollars, translating to 1.1739 per unit, compared with 1.1669 three months earlier. Investment properties were valued at 806 million Singapore dollars, comprising Menara HLX (41 % of portfolio value), Plaza Zurich (28 %) and Menara Guoco (31 %). Borrowings totaled 232.58 million Singapore dollars.

The manager declared an interim distribution of 1.30 subunits per unit, equal to 6.38 million Singapore dollars in total, payable on Jun, 10 2026 to unitholders on record as of May, 21 2026.

Looking ahead, the manager noted that steady leasing momentum—supported by tenant demand for premium, ESG-compliant office space in Kuala Lumpur’s Klang Valley—underpins a cautious optimism for continued performance in the near to medium term.
