Anjoy Foods Group Co., Ltd. (“Anjoy Foods”) will join the “Results Briefing of the 2025 Annual Report and Online Collective Reception Day for Investors of Listed Companies in Xiamen Region,” hosted by the Xiamen Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission and co-organized by the Listed Company Association of Xiamen and Shenzhen Panorama Network Co., Ltd.

The virtual event will run from 15:40 to 17:00 on Friday, 15 May 2026. Investors can participate through the Panorama Roadshow website (http://rs.p5w.net), the Panorama Finance WeChat official account, or the Panorama Roadshow mobile app.

During the session, Anjoy Foods’ senior management will discuss the company’s FY2025 financial results, corporate governance, strategic planning, operating conditions, financing initiatives, equity incentive schemes, and sustainability efforts, while fielding questions from investors.

The company’s board currently comprises four executive directors (Liu Mingming, Zhang Qingmiao, Zhang Gaolu, Huang Jianlian), three non-executive directors (Zheng Yanan, Dai Fan, Zhang Guangxi), and four independent non-executive directors (Zhang Mei, Liu Xiaofeng, Zhao Bei, Zhang Yueping).
