公告明确，2026年9月7日（星期一）为确定有权出席股东特别大会并投票的股东记录日期；当日名列公司H股股东名册的股东可出席并投票。所有过户文件及股票须于2026年9月7日（星期一）16时30分前送达卓佳证券登记有限公司（香港夏悫道16号远东金融中心17楼）办理登记。
