深圳百果园实业（集团）股份有限公司（“百果园集团”，股票代码：02411）于2026年6月8日公告，称公司当日于香港联合交易所回购股份。
公告显示，百果园集团此次合计回购H股68万股，占本次回购前公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股）总数1,982,562,750股的约0.0343%，每股回购价为港币1.62元，总耗资约110.16万港元。回购完成后，百果园集团的已发行股份（不包括库藏股）总数变动为1,981,882,750股，库藏股数量增至18,838,500股，公司已发行股本及库藏股合计仍为2,000,721,250股。
公司于2026年6月5日通过回购授权决议，可回购股份的总数为198,346,275股，并已根据该授权在香港联交所或其他证券交易所累计回购1,580,000股，占回购授权决议通过当日公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股）总数的约0.0797%。公司确认本次回购符合香港联合交易所证券上市规则及相关法律规定。公告由公司秘书付小艳签署。
