Inspur Digital Enterprise Technology Limited disclosed that it repurchased 100,000 ordinary shares on 8 October 2026 through on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging between HKD 1.79 and HKD 1.81, for a total consideration of HKD 0.18 million. The shares, representing 0.01 % of the company’s outstanding share capital, will be retained as treasury stock for future employee equity-incentive plans.
Following the transaction, the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) declined to 1.22 billion from 1.22 billion previously, while treasury shares increased to 5.12 million. Total issued shares remain unchanged at 1.22 billion.
The buyback was executed under the mandate approved on 17 June 2026, which authorises the repurchase of up to 121.94 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate have reached 2.65 million shares, equivalent to 0.22 % of the company’s issued share capital on the mandate date.
In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, Inspur Digital Enterprise is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 7 November 2026.
