At the "China Finance 2025 Annual Conference" held in Beijing on December 7, Shu Wenqi, a senior expert at TENCENT Cloud, delivered a keynote speech on the theme of "Charting China's Economic Breakthrough Path."
Shu Wenqi highlighted that current AI capabilities have evolved beyond merely enhancing tool efficiency. In the next phase, AI will transition into a performance partner, no longer limited to streamlining workflows but potentially redefining entire creative processes.
Regarding AI-driven content creation trends, Shu noted that future content dissemination will shift toward multimodal formats—from traditional newspapers and TV to short/long videos and even the metaverse—expanding human engagement channels.
In the media sector, Shu emphasized that human-AI collaboration has reached an advanced stage, where intelligent agents can assist media outlets in analyzing trends, tone, and distribution strategies.
He further explained that AI's transformative impact on enterprise marketing lies in shifting focus from "reach" to "engagement." While businesses previously invested heavily in traffic acquisition with uncertain conversion rates, AI now enables precise content targeting to resonate with relevant user groups, thereby improving conversions.
For industries, Shu added that this "engagement-driven" evolution integrates historical and real-time data, propelling the media landscape toward higher-dimensional, holistic development.
