青岛港(06198)公布，2025年度末期股息分派方案已获股东大会通过，剩余末期股息每10股派发人民币1.988元（含税），将于2026年8月10日向H股股东派发。
公司2025年度整体现金分红总额为人民币22.42亿元，以总股本64.911亿股计算，合计每10股派发人民币3.454元（含税）。其中，中期股息每10股人民币1.466元（含税）已于2025年12月24日派发，此次派发的末期股息为剩余部分。H股股息以人民币计值，以港元支付，适用汇率为人民银行于宣派股息日前五个工作日公布的平均中间价（人民币1元兑1.1503港元），折算后H股末期股息为每10股2.2868港元。
股权登记日定于2026年7月3日，届时名列H股股东名册的股东有权收取该笔股息，支票将于8月10日以平邮方式寄发。公司已委任香港中央证券信托有限公司作为收款代理人。
税务方面，公司将为非居民企业股东代扣代缴10%企业所得税；对于境外个人H股股东，一般按10%税率代扣个人所得税，但适用税收协定的可按规定申请退税。内地投资者通过港股通持有H股取得的股息，公司按20%税率代扣个人所得税，内地企业投资者则自行申报缴纳。
