Hong Kong Stock Exchange filings show that on September 11, asset management firm EARNEST Partners, LLC increased its shareholding in TravelSky Technology (00696) by acquiring 4 million shares at a price of HKD 8.6822 per share.
The transaction totaled approximately HKD 34.7288 million. Following the purchase, EARNEST Partners now holds a total of approximately 50.074 million shares in the company, lifting its stake to 5.37% of the outstanding shares.
