北京鹰瞳科技发展股份有限公司（“鹰瞳科技-B”，股份代号：02251）于2026年9月14日发布公告称，当日通过香港联交所场内回购H股共1,000股，占公司现有已发行股份（不包括库存股份）约0.001%。回购价格介乎每股7.925港元至7.99港元，总金额约7,971港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库存股份）数量减至100,970,113股，库存股份数量相应增至2,597,900股，合计已发行股份总数维持在103,568,013股。
该公司于2026年6月26日通过购回授权决议，授权可回购股份总数为10,137,961股。截至目前，公司已合计回购409,500股，占购回授权时公司已发行股份（不包括库存股份）总数的约0.4039%，现仍剩余约9,728,461股可回购额度。公司表示，本次回购已获董事会正式授权，并严格遵守相关上市规则、法律及监管规定。
