公告披露，公司于百慕达注册成立，法定/注册股本总额为5.00亿港元，包括498,000,000,000股普通股（每股面值0.001港元，合计4.98亿港元）及2,000,000,000股无投票权可兑换优先股（每股面值0.001港元，合计200万港元）。
在二零二三年购股权计划方面，6月初的未行使购股权数量为2,000,000,000份，本月有1,220,000,000份已失效，截至6月30日剩余780,000,000份。报告期内并未因该计划而新增已发行股份或发生库存股份转让。
公告称，公司目前已符合香港联交所对最低公众持股量的相关要求，并确认本月所有证券发行或库存股份处置均遵照适用法律、法规及香港联交所《上市规则》进行。公告由卓佳证券登记有限公司股份过户登记分处签署。
