公告显示，公司于2026年5月29日通过回购授权，授权可回购股份总数为851,971,235股。截至公告日，公司已合计回购43,048,000股，占授权当日已发行股本约0.5053%。公司确认已遵守所有适用的上市规则、相关法律及监管规定。本次公告由公司秘书林志光签署。
