Yuzhou Group’s 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance Report highlights full alignment of all new projects with mandatory green-building standards, bringing the developer’s certified green floor area to more than 21 million sq.m. and raising the share of projects equipped with solar water-heating systems to above 70 %.
Gross greenhouse-gas emissions reached 4,641.50 tonnes of CO₂-equivalent, with an intensity of 0.001 tCO₂e per sq.m. Total energy consumption was 7,419.90 MWh, equal to 0.002 MWh per sq.m., while water consumption fell to 92,489.10 cu.m., or 0.03 cu.m. per sq.m., after landscape-water optimisation.
All 125 ongoing projects maintained zero work-related fatalities for the third consecutive year. Group-wide safety training covered 100 % of employees, totalling 5,119 hours. Yuzhou also kept major customer complaints at zero and registered a 100 % response rate to client feedback via its 400-hotline and online service platform.
Supplier sustainability oversight was tightened: every key vendor now undergoes quarterly performance reviews, and 100 % of suppliers were subject to quality and safety audits in 2025. “Strategic” and “excellent” suppliers accounted for 4.20 % of the evaluated base, while 92.19 % met “qualified” or higher standards.
Community investment reached RMB 1.05 million, funding women-and-children programmes, disaster relief, educational support and local cultural initiatives such as science fairs and intangible-heritage events in mainland China and Hong Kong.
The Board reiterated zero-tolerance for corruption; no corruption-related litigation was recorded during the year. The whistle-blowing framework, supported by a dedicated audit and supervision department, remains in force, and integrity training reached the entire workforce.
