公司于本月并无通过期权或股权激励计划发行新股。公告列示，公司已授出的部分购股权数量无实质行使，期末不存在新增发行股份。与此同时，以港元为面额、年利率2.0%的2027年到期可换股债券余额维持在19.06亿港元，未发生新增转换。截至报告期末，公司可换股债券所含转换权仍可对应发行504,232,804股普通股，但本月内并无转换股份产生。
