永顺控股香港（06812）在最新公告中提出股份购回授权，将允许董事会于授权期间内回购不超过已发行股本10%的股份，即最多可回购约6000万股。公司表示，回购所需资金将来自符合法律法规及公司组织章程细则规定的合法来源，相关操作亦将依据开曼群岛公司法及香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则等进行。
