公告显示，股东特别大会召开当日，公司已发行股份总数为13,538,696,942股，公司并无持有任何库存股份。具备出席并有权就相关决议案投票的股份总数亦为13,538,696,942股。
本次股东特别大会的投票监票人由公司香港股份过户及转让登记分处卓佳证券登记有限公司担任。
