China Kepei Education Group (1890) Announces 2025 Annual Results, Final Dividend Proposal, and Management Changes

China Kepei Education Group Limited (Stock Code: 1890) reported revenue of RMB1,872.18 million for the year ended 31 August 2025, a 10.6% increase compared to the previous year. Profit reached RMB748.45 million, reflecting a 9.6% decrease. Core net profit stood at RMB761.87 million, down 8.2%, and adjusted EBITDA was RMB1,054.57 million, declining 6.7%.

Management attributed the higher revenue to steady enrollment growth of approximately 77,000 full-time students, with around 69,000 studying at the undergraduate level. Cost of sales rose due to continued investment in teaching staff, training facilities, and student-related expenses, while finance costs declined as a result of lower interest expenses.

A final dividend of HKD0.06 per share has been proposed, following an interim dividend of HKD0.07 per share, bringing the total dividend to HKD0.13 per share for the year. If approved at the upcoming annual general meeting, the dividend will be payable to shareholders whose names appear on the register of members on 7 August 2026.

Regarding corporate governance, China Kepei Education announced the resignation of one of its joint company secretaries, effective 28 November 2025. The remaining company secretary will continue in the role, and there has also been a change in the authorized representative. According to the announcement, there were no other significant post-reporting events.
