METASPACEX Confirms No Injunction Issued by Court

METASPACEX (01796) announced details regarding the proposed allotment and issuance of 16.7 million new shares and the termination of the proposed allotment. On March 5, 2026, the company was served with a writ of summons seeking permanent injunctive relief to prevent the implementation, advancement, execution, or otherwise effectuation of the proposed allotment. A hearing was held on March 13, 2026, following a summons issued on March 10, 2026, where the plaintiff sought relief to block the proposed allotment. After the hearing, the court did not issue any injunction order. The board of directors believes the legal proceedings have not and are not expected to have any significant adverse impact on the group's business operations or financial condition.
