Travel Expert (Asia) Enterprises Limited (01235) reported that its total authorized share capital remained at HKD 20,000,000 in October 2025, comprising 2,000,000,000 ordinary shares at a par value of HKD 0.01 each. The issued share capital was unchanged at 509,859,000 shares with no treasury shares held.
According to the filing, no additional shares were issued or repurchased during the month. The share option scheme, originally adopted on 6 September 2011 and expired on 29 September 2021, continues to have 13,000,000 share options outstanding from grants made before its expiration. No new shares were issued from these options during October 2025.
