科利实业控股（01455）7月22日发布补充公告称，董事会建议续聘信永中和（香港）会计师事务所有限公司为公司截至2027年3月31日止财政年度的核数师，预计审计费用约为72万港元。该费用水平与截至2026年3月31日及2025年3月31日止年度的约72万港元及74.1万港元相若。
公司表示，此费用是与信永中和在考虑集团规模与架构、业务性质与复杂性、预期审计范围、审计时间表以及所需投入资源等因素后磋商确定。公司预期集团业务及架构在相关期间内不会出现重大变动，因此审计范围及所需资源亦不会有重大变化。
董事会及审核委员会认为，基于上述假设及对信永中和审计质量的满意度，72万港元的估计审计费用公平合理。
