Yadea Holds Share Capital Steady at 3.11 Billion in September; Public Float Requirement Met

Yadea Group Holdings Ltd. (YADEA) reported no changes to its share capital structure for the month ended 30 September 2026, according to its monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 2 October 2026.

• Authorised share capital remained at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.00001 each, representing total authorised capital of USD 50,000.

• Issued share capital was unchanged at 3.11 billion ordinary shares, with zero treasury shares held. No new shares were issued and no shares were repurchased or cancelled during the month.

• Public float complied with the Main Board’s minimum 25% requirement, as explicitly confirmed by the company.

• Share options outstanding under the scheme adopted on 22 April 2016 (granted 17 January 2023, exercise price HKD 16.14) totalled 4.23 million at month-end, identical to the prior month. No options were exercised and no shares were issued from the scheme in September.

• The company reported no outstanding warrants, convertible securities or other equity-linked instruments, and no additional share-issuance arrangements were initiated.

All requisite confirmations regarding regulatory compliance, receipt of funds, and documentation were provided by Chairman and Executive Director Mr Dong Jinggui.
