Deep Source Holdings Limited disclosed a Next Day Return showing the on-market repurchase of 5.91 million ordinary shares on 22 July 2026. The shares were bought at prices ranging from HK$0.53 to HK$0.54, translating into a volume-weighted average cost of HK$0.5385 per share and a total cash outlay of HK$3.18 million.
Following the transaction, Deep Source’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) fell from 14.79 billion to 14.79 billion, representing a 0.04% reduction. Treasury shares increased to 14.91 million, while the company’s aggregate issued share capital remained unchanged at 14.80 billion shares.
The buyback was executed under the general repurchase mandate approved by shareholders on 30 June 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 1.48 billion shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 14.91 million shares, equivalent to 0.10% of the issued share base on the mandate date.
In accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Deep Source is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 21 August 2026. The board has confirmed that the repurchase complied with all relevant regulatory requirements. The disclosure was signed by Director Wu Lei on 22 July 2026.
