Climate Risk & Strategy • Scenario analysis shows potential annual carbon-pricing exposure of HK$30 million–HK$60 million between 2030-2050 under a 1.5-2 °C pathway. • High-emission scenarios indicate modest direct physical-risk losses (<0.1% of asset value) mitigated by insurance and site resilience measures. • The board directs climate strategy through a Sustainability Committee; risk oversight is integrated into the High-Level Risk Assessment system.

Community Investment • Total community contributions reached HK$0.25 million; 56% directed to registered charities, with social-welfare programmes receiving 47% of funds. • Employees devoted volunteer hours mainly to e-book production for the visually impaired (84.5% of activities).
