Starting September 27, the third Shanghai International Light and Shadow Festival Yangpu sub-venue lights up at the Yangshupu Power Plant Relic Park, connecting the World Skills Museum, Douyin Yangpu Riverside Headquarters and Fuxing Island Global Maker Island to create a riverside light-and-shadow belt. With the theme "Yang 'Shu' Pu · Not the Same YOUNG," the official IP "Xiao Lingguang" transforms into a light chaser, born from a century of industrial roots and evolving along the timeline of urban development. The light canopy pours down like the Milky Way, Teddy Bear collectible installations are full of charm, and the "Trendy Yangpu" rhythmic installation makes light pulse with your heartbeat — every step feels like walking through a movie.

Second stop: 2026 China Design Intelligence Award Special Exhibition
From September 30 to October 16, Yangpu Riverside's Minghua Sugar Warehouse becomes a global design frontier! Nearly 1,000 innovative works from 30 countries and regions gather in Shanghai, focusing on cutting-edge fields such as artificial intelligence, smart mobility, healthcare, green low-carbon, industrial equipment and cultural innovation. Among them, 74% are global debuts and 52.2% have not yet been launched. With the threads of "digital economy, industrial equipment, lifestyle wisdom and cultural innovation," the exhibition brings the world's leading design and intelligent manufacturing achievements to Yangpu, presenting the infinite possibilities of integrated development of design, technology and industry.

Third stop: SHOW BUND Riverside Evening Breeze Party
From October 1 to 3, Yangpu Riverside Xiudai Plaza will host the "Riverside Evening Breeze Party." On October 1, Candlelight Diva Night features powerful singers recreating golden hits of the Chinese music scene, creating a National Day-limited music scene. On October 2, the Flowing Strings Concert features a trio of saxophone, double bass and keyboard, adapting familiar and moving melodies with trendy jazz techniques. Amid the interweaving of Chinese style, pop and film and television classics, listeners can enjoy romantic movements spanning generations. On October 3, the Fluorescent Bubble Party brings romantic bubbles dancing everywhere. Free fluorescent bracelets and glowing accessories will be distributed on site.
