2026年8月5日，至源控股有限公司（00990）发布公告称，公司就主要交易——出售附属公司事项的通函寄发时间将延后。
公司于2026年7月9日公布了出售附属公司的相关交易，并已根据《上市规则》第14.44条通过股东书面批准，取代召开股东大会。根据《上市规则》第14.41(a)条，上述公告刊发后15个营业日内，公司原本需寄发该项交易的通函。
