Milan Station to Hold AGM on 25 June 2026; Shareholders to Vote on FY2025 Results, Board Re-elections and Capital Mandates

Milan Station Holdings Limited will convene its annual general meeting (AGM) on Thursday, 25 June 2026, at 1:00 p.m. in Hong Kong. Key items on the agenda are as follows:

• FY2025 Results: Shareholders will consider and adopt the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025, together with the directors’ and auditors’ reports.

• Board Composition: Independent non-executive directors Mr. Chan Chi Hung and Mr. Choi Kam Yan, Simon are standing for re-election.

• Directors’ and Auditors’ Fees: The board seeks authority to determine directors’ remuneration and to re-appoint McMillan Woods (Hong Kong) CPA Limited as external auditor, with fee determination delegated to the board.

• Capital Authority: – General issuance mandate allowing the board to allot and deal with new shares representing up to 20% of the company’s issued share capital as at the date of the resolution. – Share repurchase mandate permitting buy-backs of up to 10% of issued shares. – Extension of the issuance mandate by the number of shares repurchased under the buy-back mandate.

Holders of Milan Station’s HK$0.04 ordinary shares may appoint proxies and must lodge proxy forms with Tricor Investor Services Limited no later than 48 hours before the meeting.
