昌利(控股)有限公司（“昌利控股”，08098）于2025年12月1日发布截至2025年11月30日的股份变动月报表。公告显示，公司于本月未发生任何新增发行、购回或注销活动，整体股本结构维持稳定。
根据月报，昌利控股目前法定注册股本为5,000,000,000股，面值每股0.01港元，总额50,000,000港元，与上月底保持一致。于本月末，公司已发行股份数量为2,200,000,000股，尚无库存股份，亦与上月底持平。
