Solis Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 02227) announced that the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong granted a waiver on 3 March 2026 from strict compliance with Rule 14.41(a) of the Listing Rules, permitting an extension for the despatch of its major-transaction circular.

4. Board Composition (as of 12 March 2026) • Executive Directors: Tay Yong Hua (Executive Chairman) and Kenneth Teo Swee Cheng (Kenneth Zhang Ruiqing). • Independent Non-Executive Directors: Carolyn Seet Su Lin, Choong Pei Nung and Kwong Choong Kuen (Huang Zhongquan).

The company first disclosed the delay on 26 February 2026, following its initial major-transaction announcement dated 2 February 2026 regarding the grant of an option for the disposal.
