The board of directors of VSTECS (HKEX: 00856) has announced changes to its composition, effective June 26, 2026.
According to the company's announcement, Zhang Dongjie has resigned from his position as a non-executive director.
Concurrently, Lv Pin has been appointed as a non-executive director of the company, filling the vacancy created by Zhang's departure.
