Superland Group Holdings Limited (Superland Group, 00368) has issued a circular convening its annual general meeting (AGM) for 11:00 a.m. on 23 June 2026 at Room D, The LU+, Lu Plaza, Kwun Tong.
Key resolutions to be tabled include:
1. General Mandates • Issue Mandate: Authorisation for the board to allot, issue or otherwise deal with new shares, including any sale or transfer of treasury shares, up to 20% of the company’s issued share capital. 3. Auditor Shareholders will vote on the re-appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers and authorise the board to fix its remuneration.
Share Capital and Control • Authorised share capital: 2.00 billion shares. • Issued and fully paid: 800.00 million shares. • Controlling shareholder Space Plus Investment Company Limited holds 600.00 million shares (75.00%). Full exercise of the repurchase mandate would raise this stake to 83.33%; the board states it will not repurchase shares to a level that drives public float below the 25% regulatory threshold.
