中国国际金融股份有限公司（股票代码：03908）9月14日发布公告称，关于与东兴证券及信达证券拟议合并事项，合资格中金异议股东可在2026年9月15日至9月17日16时30分期间，申报行使中金H股现金选择权。
依据公告，仅在此前股东大会及类别股东会议就相关合并议案投出有效反对票、并符合通函所述条件的合资格中金异议股东，方可行使该选择权。申报一经递交即不可撤销。
有效申报的H股将按每股18.60港元的价格转让予现金选择权提供方。9月11日中金H股收盘价为每股20.12港元，较现金选择权价格溢价约8.17%。公司提示，若股东选择行使现金选择权，可能承担价差损失。
如有疑问，合资格异议股东可致电H股股份过户登记处（+852 2862 8555）查询。公司强调，非合资格股东所提交的任何申报均属无效，且逾期未完成申报者将失去行使现金选择权的资格。
