SinoMab Delays Circular on Suzhou Property Disposal to 10 August 2026

SinoMab BioScience Limited (SinoMab) announced a revised timetable for distributing the shareholder circular related to its planned disposal of a Suzhou property and facility, a transaction classified as a major disposal under Hong Kong listing rules.

Originally scheduled for release on or before 27 July 2026, the circular is now expected to be dispatched on or before 10 August 2026. The company cited the need for additional time to finalise the required documentation.

The forthcoming circular will provide: • Full details of the disposal; • Financial information of the SinoMab group; • An independent valuation report on the target assets; and • A notice convening an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) and related proxy form.

The board comprises Executive Directors Dr. Shui On Leung (Chairman and CEO) and Ms. Fang Liang; Non-Executive Directors Ms. Xiaosu Wang, Ms. Lei Xue and Dr. Jianmin Zhang; and Independent Non-Executive Directors Mr. George William Hunter Cautherley, Mr. Ping Cho Terence Hon, Dr. Chi Ming Lee, Ms. Chi Sau Giselle Lee and Mr. Nan Shen.

SinoMab issued the timetable adjustment on 27 July 2026 and affirmed that no other terms of the proposed disposal have changed.
