北海集团有限公司（“北海集团”）预计截至2025年12月31日止年度的股东应占净亏损将介乎5,500万港元至6,100万港元，较去年同期的7,740万港元亏损缩减21%至29%。管理层表示，亏损减少主要受酒店业务利润水平提升以及节省成本措施的实施所带动。
业务分项
酒店业务方面，收入及利润率均出现显著上升。本财年在酒店相关的物业、厂房及设备方面不再进行减值拨备，而上一财年则计提减值拨备约1,550万港元。与此同时，本财年由于内地投资物业公允价值下跌，导致递延税项大幅增加。此外，成本削减策略使行政开支有所减少，两项因素共同推动整体亏损收窄。
