安井食品(02648)发布公告，2025年度股东会已批准派发截至2025年12月31日止年度的末期股息，每股人民币1.44元（含税）。股息将以人民币向A股股东支付，并以港币向H股股东支付。根据股东会召开当日中国人民银行公布的人民币兑港币中间价（0.87267元兑1.00港元）折算，每股H股末期股息为1.65港元（含税）。
