MINDTELL TECH (08611) has announced that all conditions under the convertible bond subscription agreement have been fulfilled according to its terms. The issuance of the convertible bonds was completed on April 22, 2026. On that date, the company issued convertible bonds with a total principal amount of HK$28.6 million to Mr. Zhang Rongxuan, the subscriber of the bonds.
