移卡有限公司(09923)于2026年7月17日发布翌日披露报表，披露公司于同日通过香港联交所场内回购普通股3.88万股，约占当日开始前已发行股份的0.0084%。本次回购每股价格介乎5.06港元至5.17港元，合计耗资约19.87万港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股份数量减少至460,494,442股，库存股数量增加至1,668,000股，总已发行股份仍为462,162,442股。购回授权于2026年6月5日获批，公司可回购股份总数为46,080,964股，并已累计回购315,200股，占上述授权时已发行股份数目的0.0684%。公司同时披露，此次回购后在2026年8月16日之前不得进行新股发行或再次出售、转让库存股。公司表示本次行动确已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规。
