Solana ETFs Accumulate $1.1 Billion, Yet Inflows Hit Five-Day Halt

Data from Woofun AI indicates that all six US-based exchange-traded funds tracking Solana have experienced a complete halt in capital inflows, with net fund inflows registering zero for five consecutive trading days.

The key factor triggering this stagnation is capital outflows from the Bitwise BSOL (BSOL.US) product. After a net outflow of $18.1 million from this single product on July 28, primary market capital inflows for the entire sector temporarily ceased. Data compiled by Woofun AI shows that over the five trading days ending August 4, this outflow effect resulted in a complete zeroing of overall net inflows.

From a cumulative structure perspective, as of August 4, the total net capital inflow for these six products stood at $1.122 billion. Of this amount, $449.3 million represented initial invested capital, accounting for approximately 40%, indicating that only a portion of the cumulative figure represents subsequent net new inflows. Additionally, Farside considers the $102.7 million in initial capital within the GSOL (GSOL.US) product as being converted from an earlier product, further diluting the true incremental scale.

Currently, primary market capital inflows for these six products have been stagnant for five consecutive trading days. To judge future trends in long-term capital demand, it remains necessary to closely monitor subsequent data on new issuances, redemptions, trading activity, and asset positions to clarify the true relationship between short-term fluctuations and long-term demand.
