本次购回完成后，公司已发行股份数量从回购前的565,122,000股减少至565,062,000股，库藏股从1,884,000股增加至1,944,000股，总已发行股本仍为567,006,000股。公告显示，上述回购乃根据2026年5月26日股东大会通过的回购授权进行，授权总数为56,700,600股，截至公告日已累计回购1,944,000股。公司确认，本次回购符合相关上市规则及法律法规的规定。
