从成本端来看： • 食品及饮料成本由上年同期的156.5百万元下降至153.2百万元，同比减少2.1%，占收入的比例则由29.0%略升至30.2%。 • 员工成本从上年同期的192.6百万元下降至180.0百万元，同比减少6.5%，占收入比重则由35.6%小幅降至35.5%。
经营活动产生的现金流净额为56.6百万元，去年同期为50.0百万元。
业务分项
• 自有品牌营收1.46亿港元，同比增长约1.7%，主要由于报告期内部分品牌餐厅表现稳定。 • 特许经营品牌营收3.60亿港元，同比下降9.2%。管理层将原因归结于整体消费需求偏弱以及餐厅网络重组带来的影响。 • 食材及其他收入维持在不足一千万港元量级，规模较为稳定。
