Thakral Corporation Ltd announced the appointment of Ms Chan Wan Mei and Mr Kok Jun Xian as Joint Company Secretaries, replacing Ms Pan Mi Keay who resigned, effective Sep, 12 2025.
The change follows a personnel shift at the firm’s corporate secretarial service provider, the company said in a filing signed by Independent Non-Executive Chairman Lim Swe Guan.
