Unity Group Holdings International Limited reported no changes to its share capital for the month ended 30 April 2026, according to its latest filing with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited.

Authorised Capital The company maintained an authorised share base of 50.00 billion ordinary shares at a par value of HKD 0.01, equivalent to HKD 500.00 million. No increase or decrease was recorded during the month.

Issued Shares and Public Float Issued shares remained unchanged at 3.44 billion, with zero treasury shares outstanding. The company confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float threshold of 25%.

Share Option Schemes 1) 2015 Scheme (exercise price: HKD 0.601): 62.21 million options outstanding; 57.31 million shares remain available for issue. 2) 2024 Scheme (exercise price: HKD 0.410): 166.72 million options outstanding; 160.87 million shares remain available for issue, with an additional 177.69 million shares permitted for future grants.

No options were exercised, no new shares were issued, and no treasury shares were transferred during the period.

Overall, Unity Group Holdings entered May 2026 with an unchanged capital structure, full public-float compliance, and a combined 228.18 million shares that could potentially be issued under existing option schemes.
