Du Du Holdings (8250) Announces Disposal of Bairong-W Shares (6608)

Du Du Holdings Limited (stock code: 8250) announced the on-market disposal of an aggregate of 272,500 Bairong-W shares (stock code: 6608) from 29 July 2025 to 24 October 2025. The shares were disposed of through an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, Golden Brand Enterprises Limited, at an average price ranging from HK$9.16 to HK$11.21 per share, resulting in a total consideration of approximately HK$2,840,000 (exclusive of transaction costs).

According to the announcement, Bairong-W is a Cayman Islands-incorporated company with shares listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange. Its revenue for the financial year ended 31 December 2024 amounted to RMB2,929,267,000, with profit attributable to equity holders of RMB266,182,000. Du Du Holdings anticipates recording a profit of about HK$9,000 from the disposal, and the net proceeds of approximately HK$2,840,000 will be used as general working capital.

The company stated that this disposal constitutes a discloseable transaction under the GEM Listing Rules and is subject to reporting and announcement requirements. Du Du Holdings highlighted that the disposal offered an opportunity to realize part of its investment and strengthen its liquidity position, and that the disposition terms were fair and reasonable under prevailing market conditions.
