中国中车(01766)发布公告，更新截至2025年12月31日止年度末期股息的派发时间表。公司宣派每股普通股0.12元人民币的末期普通股息，折算港元金额有待后续公布，派息日为2026年8月13日。
根据更新后的时间安排，股东批准日期为2026年6月16日，除净日定于6月22日。为获取股息分派而递交股份过户文件的最后时限为6月23日16时30分，暂停办理股份过户登记手续的期间为6月24日至6月29日，权益登记日为6月29日。
在代扣所得税方面，非居民企业股东适用10%税率；非中国内地登记地址的非个人居民股东，若属香港、澳门居民或与中国协议股息税率为10%的国家居民，按10%扣缴，若属与中国无税收协议国家居民或其他情形，则按20%扣缴；中国内地个人投资者及证券投资基金通过港股通投资H股取得的股息红利，按20%税率代扣个人所得税。香港市场投资者（包括企业和个人）投资上交所上市A股，适用10%税率。
